Mix eggs, milk, ... powder together. Dip clams a few at ... 375 degrees. Clams should be turned carefully to brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.

Sift dry ingredients ... thinner, it will soak fat. If too thin, add more flour. Add chopped clams and stir. May be fried in fry pan or dropped in hot fat.
