The owner of an inn in the Ozark Mountains called the Dairy Hollow House presents two hundred of her most scrumptious recipes for bread and soups.

Soak steak strips in egg and milk mixture. Combine flour and seasoned salt. Flour steak and fry in deep fat until done.
