Blend cream cheese and pineapple juice. Spread pineapple slices with cheese mixtures. Place on lettuce. Garnish with green grapes. Makes 4 individual salads.
Mix cream cheese and sugar together. Add large can drained pineapple tidbits. Add 12 oz. cool whip. Stir well and serve. Keeps well in refrigerator.
Mix thoroughly. Leave enough cheese to spread on top.
Combine canned fruits in bowl. Add pudding mix and mix well. Fold in whipped topping. Sprinkle pecans and coconut over top of salad. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
Make Jello according to directions on box, using 1/2 cup less water. Cool, then stir in pineapple and carrots. Refrigerate to set.
Dissolve Jello into water. Mix in all other ingredients and chill.
Mix all ingredients together and freeze in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
