Mix cream cheese and sour cream. Spread on slices of beef and then lay a dill pickle on each. Roll up and toothpick together. Cut into 1/2 inch chunks.
Drain pickles thoroughly. Wrap pickles with cream cheese. Wrap in dried beef. Refrigerate. Slice and put on crackers.
