Mix onion soup ... both sides of roast with onion, mushroom mixture. Put in crock pot. Mix wine ... and cook 3 to 5 hours longer. This makes its own gravy.
Wipe roast well and trim ... bottom of the crock-pot and put the ... thickened. Pour gravy over roast when serving. Makes about 6 to 8 good sized servings.
Take roast and put in crock pot. Add salt ... Add favorite BBQ sauce (I use Ken Davis or Rudolphs) to moisten. Heat for 1 additional hour. Serve over buns.
Put meat in roaster or crock pot. Combine remaining ... pot. Remove fat and bone. Shred meat by pulling apart with forks. Serve on buns. Yield: 10 servings.
Mix all ingredients, except tapioca, together in crock pot. Sprinkle tapioca over top and cook on low all day without taking off lid.
