Crumble crackers and add other ingredients in order adding mayonnaise last. Serve same as potato salad. Very good.
Mix all ingredients and marinate in refrigerator, covered, overnight. Stir and serve. Serves 8-10.
Mix dressing and chopped vegetables; chill. About 10 minutes before serving, add coarsely broken crackers.
