We've all been there. Maybe there is a week, maybe only a day or two until the big event.

Stir together all ingredients. Cover; chill. Makes 1 1/4 cups.

Blend well and pour over shredded cabbage and refrigerate until ready to use. Slaw is better if made ahead of time so all flavors will have time to blend.
Cook vinegar and sugar until sugar dissolves. Add cole slaw, mayonnaise, mustard and add sugar mixture. Stir well. Refrigerate.
Toss all ingredients above. Mix dressing and pour over slaw. Toss.
