Soak codfish in water to ... a little more and mix contents with codfish and, if desired, diced eggs. Serve on a bed of leaf lettuce. Good with biscuits.
Soak codfish to cover for ... and tomato slices. Combine olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to make a sauce. Pour sauce over fish, chill, and serve cold.
