1. CHOKECHERRY SYRUP
Boil 15-20 minutes. Put in jars. Seal. Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath. Use for waffles, pancakes, etc.

Thin: 3 parts juice ... makes a very good syrup also. Thicker than cherry alone. Use 3/4 cup sugar to each cup of juice used.
