Smoothies, make with fruit and fruit juices and ice are a delicious and healthy way to have your essential vitamins and minerals.

Chop onions and cabbage and mix together ... hours. Brown noodles, sesame seeds and almonds ... before serving, mix all together. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
Mix together and add to cabbage. Mix well.
Place sesame seeds and almonds ... ingredients in dressing overnight. (Noodles will become soft.) May be kept in refrigerator several days. Mix above together.
Mix dressing and shake well. (Hosterman)
Chop cabbage, onion, bell ... greens. Just before serving toss all mixtures together. (If you do only half at a time, greens store well without dressing.)
Break noodles and toast with: Blend dressing in a blender until sugar is dissolved. Pour dressing over cabbage.
Mix well. Pour over first 3 ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, add: Toast sesame seeds and almonds before adding to overnight mixture.
Chop cabbage and onions. Saute the noodles, almonds and sesame seeds in butter. Combine the dressing ingredients. Add to cabbage mixture just before serving.
Mix all together at the last minute. Add dressing. Shake well.
In large frying ... butter along with sesame seeds and almonds. Brown slightly. Cool. Shred cabbage and add green ... noodle mixture to cabbage and toss.
