Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart pitcher. Serve chilled or over ice. Store in refrigerator. Yield: About 2 quarts of punch.
In large punch bowl mix together all the juices. Add ice cubes. Float lemon sliced on top for garnish. Makes 2 gallons.
Mix juices, rum, ... ice in a punch bowl; pour rum ... rim of glasses in ice water; then is sugar for frosty effect. Yields about 20 (3/4 cup) servings.
Mix juices, rum, ... crushed ice in punch bowl; pour rum ... each glass with orange slice and long orange-peel strip. Yield about 20 (3/4 cup) servings.
Combine all ingredients ... or over ice. Store in refrigerator. Makes 2 quarts of punch. It can also be made without rum for a nonalcoholic refreshment.
