5. SQUASH RELISH
Mix first 4 ingredients ... 5 minutes. Add the squash mixture and bring to ... and cool for 1 hour.

6. YELLOW SQUASH RELISH
Mix and let stand ... boil 1 minute. Add squash, bring to boil. Put in jars and seal. Yields: 8 pints.
