Drain and flake tuna. Combine all ... saucepan, heat; add tuna. simmer covered 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add water if necessary. Serve over rice.

Cook for a long time. May use hamburger meat or chicken. Pour barbecue over rice or spaghetti.

Worcestershire sauce to taste. Cover with tomato juice and simmer until juice cooks down. Great on buns.
