Mix and pour into 2 (9x12) cake pans or jelly roll pan. Grease pan and put wax paper then regrease. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Beat well cake mix, eggs, banana cream pudding and ... degrees 10-15 minutes. Beat filling ingredients 5 minutes. Spread on one layer. Top with other layer.
