TUNA CROQUETTE (Word Search Version)

1 stack Premium crackers
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained & flaked
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 egg, beaten
6-8 1" cubes American cheese
Cracker meal

Mix first 6 ingredients. Chill. Shape in 6-8 croquettes. Shape each around a cube of cheese. Roll in cracker meal. Saute in about 1 inch of hot fat until well browned on all sides.
