1 c. flour
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
2 tbsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. oil
Food coloring

Mix together, cook on low temperature stirring constantly. Cook until it is "slick" and moves away from edge of pan. Cool. Keep sealed in Ziplock bag.
