1 1/2 c. baby lima beans 1 c. sliced carrots 2 c. corn 1/4 tsp. garlic salt Dash pepper 2 tbsp. butter Place frozen lima beans and carrots in 1 1/2 cups boiling salted water. Bring quickly to a second boil. Reduce heat; simmer 6 minutes. Stir in frozen corn and simmer 6 minutes longer; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook until thoroughly heated. Yield 7 servings. |
