4 lbs. shredded cabbage 1/2 lb. shredded carrots 1/2 lb. chopped celery 1 sm. onion, chopped DRESSING: 2 c. sugar 2 c. vinegar 2 c. water Salt and pepper to taste Place all vegetables in a large bowl. Cover with the dressing. Set in refrigerator several hours. Mix occasionally to make sure salad is cold all the way through. |
