1/4 c. butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. regular or 4 c. miniature marshmallows
6 c. Rice Krispies cereal

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Add Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until all Krispies are covered with melted marshmallows. Press mixture evenly into buttered 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan by using a buttered spatula or waxed paper. Cut into squares when cool. Recipe makes 24 treats, 2 x 2 inch.
