1 lb. fettuccine 10 oz. pkg. frozen vegetables 1 lb. cooked shrimp 8 oz. sour cream Sm. container light cream 1 stick of butter Grated cheese Salt Pepper Broccoli is outstanding in this dish. Cook fettucini until desired tenderness. Drain and put in large bowl. Cook vegetables and add to fettuccine. Add cooked shrimp. In a small saucepan heat sour cream, light cream, butter and grated cheese. When mixture is hot, pour onto fettuccine. Add salt and pepper to taste; toss. Sprinkle additional grated cheese and serve. |
