10 to 12 frog legs 3 tbsp. salt 3 tbsp. vinegar 3 pt. water 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1 c. butter 1 stick butter Pepper Garlic powder to taste Clean and skin the frog legs. Mix salt and pepper in enough water to cover the legs and soak them for 2 hours. Take out of the water and pat dry. Dip in milk, sprinkle with pepper and garlic then roll in flour. |
