3 eggs 2 to 3 tbsp. mayonnaise Salt and pepper to taste Beat together. Pour into buttered omelette pan or griddle. Cook until almost set in middle. Fill with any of the following ingredients: 1/4 cup cooked meat, 1/8 cup grated cheese, 1 tablespoon onions, olives, green pepper or mushrooms. Fold over one side; cook a few minutes longer. Fold over other side and turn; cook until golden brown. Top with grated cheese. |
