8 oz. pkg. or 2 (4 oz.) pkgs. Jello brand raspberry flavor gelatin 2 c. boiling water 1 1/2 c. cranberry apple juice drink 8 oz. can whole berry cranberry sauce 2 c. thawed Birds Eye topping 1 unpeeled apple, finely diced Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add drink. Measure 2 cups; chill until slightly thickened. Add cranberry sauce to remaining gelatin, blending well. Set aside. Blend whipped topping into measured gelatin; add apple and chill until thickened. Pour into 7 or 8 cup bowl and chill until set but not firm. Chill remaining gelatin mixture until thickened. Spoon over creamy layer in bowl. Chill until set, about 3 hours. Makes 12 servings. |
