CONGO BARS
 

1 1/4 stick butter (or butter)
1 lb. box of brown sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. bag chocolate chips
1/4 c. walnuts

Melt butter in saucepan. Add brown sugar and stir. Add eggs one at a time. Stir. Add remaining ingredients except chocolate chips and walnuts. Stir. Then add nuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
