Cream: 1 lb. brown sugar 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla
Add: 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt
Add: 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Pour into large greased and floured 11 x 17 x 1/2 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Mom sometimes melts chocolate chips on top of the Congo bar when they are still warm to make a quick frosting. When cool, cut into squares.
