OREO COOKIE DESSERT

FIRST LAYER:

Smash 1/2 bag of Oreo cookies in a big pan.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. Cool Whip

Mix the three together.

THIRD LAYER:

2 pkgs. French instant vanilla pudding

Beat with 3 cups milk. Mix and add to the second layer.

FOURTH LAYER:

2 c. Cool Whip
Nuts
Oreo cookie crumbs on top

Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
