BAKED POTATO SALAD
 

8 potatoes, boiled with skin on, cool, peel, cut in chunks
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c. mayonnaise
1 chopped onion

Mix together and put in casserole, above.

6 slices bacon, cubed, fry

1/4 cup green stuffed olives, chopped

Spread on top. Keep in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered.
