BAKED RED POTATOES BARBECUE
 

5-6 lg. red potatoes
2-3 garlic cloves

Slice potatoes into 1/4" slices, but not all the way through, just to bottom so you can fan out. Slice garlic into thin slices. Put 1 garlic clove slice in each slice of potato. Use soft butter and rub into potatoes. Wrap well with aluminum foil. Put on grill as soon as you start barbecue. Rotate every 15 minutes. After your steaks or meat is done, take potatoes off grill, unwrap and remove any garlic and add shredded cheddar cheese to potatoes. Cover the potatoes and let the cheese melt between the slices. What a different taste.
