Make White Sauce: 3 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. cooked asparagus 1 c. mashed tofu 1 1/2 c. soy chicken, diced Croutons Spray bottom and sides of bake dish with Pam. Put soy chicken on the bottom, asparagus on second layer, then tofu. Pour sauce over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with croutons and paprika. Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes. |
