CHEDDAR CHEESE POTATOES
 

2 lb. OreIda hash browns
2 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cheddar soup
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. chopped onions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and place in a 13 x 9 inch pan.

TOPPING:

Sprinkle 1 cup corn flakes (crushed) on top and dot with 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake for 45 minutes.
