LAYERED SPINACH SALAD
 

1 lb. fresh spinach, torn

Place in bottom of bowl.

Mix together:

1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese

Sprinkle over spinach.

Add in order:

1 c. mushroom slices
1 c. red onion slices
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, thawed
2 stalks celery, chopped

Mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon sugar. Spread over layered salad. Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
