1/2 lb. crab meat (imitation) 1-2 cucumbers, peeled 8 oz. green peas (frozen) Creamy salad dressing (cucumber or Italian) 1 tomato, diced (optional) 1/4 red or green bell pepper (optional) Chop up crab meat. Peel and cut in slices and halves the cucumber. Rinse peas after thawing. Dice the tomato and bell pepper. Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl and add your choice of the creamy salad dressing (suggest creamy cucumber). Cool for at least 1-2 hours. Serves 4-8. |
