CHEESE COFFEECAKE
 

2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, separated
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Spread 1 package rolls in ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. Blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk. Spread on rolls. Spread other package of rolls on the top. Brush with egg white. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
