OVERNIGHT HAMBURGER BUNS
 

2 yeast cakes
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 c. lukewarm water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Approximately 13 to 14 c. flour

Mix all together to stiff dough. Let rise in warm place until double, about 5 hours. Make buns on greased cookie sheet with at least 2 inch between buns. Cover and let rise 9 hours, overnight or more until very light. Bake 15 minutes in 400 degree oven. Grease top while still hot for softer crust.
