1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Dip chicken in mixture of melted butter, pepper sauce and vinegar.
3. Put in baking dish.
4. Sprinkle with 1 package dry dressing mix.
5. Bake 25-30 minutes or until browned.
6. Sprinkle with paprika.
7. Serve with celery sticks and prepared Hidden Valley Ranch dressing as dip.
