1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk 1/3 c. fresh lemon juice or bottled juice 1 tsp. vanilla 1 crumb crust Cherries (or blueberries) Filling: Soften 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese. Beat until fluffy. Gradually stir in contents of 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk (condensed milk MUST be used). Mix thoroughly. Stir in 1/3 cup of fresh or bottled juice and 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor. Put into crumb crust. Chill 2 to 3 hours (do not freeze) before putting the topping of cherries or blueberries. |
