SUGAR FREE APPLE PIE
 

4 c. sliced apples (sweet varieties are best)
1/2 c. frozen concentrate apple juice undiluted (without sugar)
1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. tapioca or flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix well and put into double pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
