1 (9 inch) vanilla wafer pie crust 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk 1/2 c. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. grated rind of lemon 2 egg yolks Meringue for 1 pie Blend condensed milk and egg yolks. Add lemon juice and grated lemon rind. Mix and pour into vanilla crust. Spread meringue on top and brown. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. |
