STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB CRISP
 

1 pkg. frozen rhubarb or 4 c. fresh, diced
1 pt. fresh strawberries
3/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. orange peel

Mix and put into 8x12 inch baking dish:

1/2 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 c. old-fashioned oats
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Combine and spread on top of rhubarb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until brown.
