OLD FASHIONED DUMPLINGS
 

3 c. flour, sifted
1 tbsp. salt
Chicken broth - hot - from cooked chicken

Use fork to mix ingredients quickly. Mix until required consistency to roll out on a floured board. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares. Place in hot chicken broth, one at a time. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Serve in bowl with broth and cooked chicken.
