3 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, cut up 1 1/2 c. Triscuit crackers, rolled coarse 2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans asparagus, drained 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained & sliced 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can chicken soup 1/2 c. mayonnaise 3/4 tsp. salt 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained & sliced 2 oz. jar pimientos, drained Cook chicken and cut into bite size pieces. In 10"x13" baking pan, layer half of the Triscuits. Add a layer of chicken, asparagus and chestnuts. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over ingredients in pan. Top with rest of Triscuits and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
