4 slices stale bread, cubed 1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 lb. round steak, ground 1/2 lb. ground pork 2 eggs 1 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. salt Dash poultry seasoning 2 onions 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. sherry Parsley, chopped fine Bouillon cube Soak bread in milk. Add meat, eggs, pepper, salt, parsley and seasonings. Form into balls and brown. |
