1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground allspice
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
Combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup milk, onion, parsley, salt, allspice and pepper. Shape into 1 1/4 inch meat balls (about 30) and arrange n baking dish. Heat 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes at medium-high setting.
Blend soup and remaining milk and combine with meat balls. Heat covered 3 or 4 minutes or until heated through on medium-high. Serve with buttered noodles or rice. Serves 4 to 6.
