1 lb. deer burger 1 lb. lean ground pork 1 tbsp. chopped dehydrated onion 3 eggs 1 tsp. salt and pepper 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. allspice 1/3 c. milk 2 slices bread (cubed, dried) 1 can beef bouillon (or 1 pack Au Jus mix dissolved in 1 1/2 c. water) In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until combined. Shape into meatballs. In a large skillet, brown meatballs in cooking oil, drain off oil. Add bouillon. Bring just to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer (turn or baste occasionally) until meatballs are done (25-30 minutes). |
