1 lb. ground ham 1 1/2 lb. sausage 2 c. fine bread crumbs 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. milk Mix and make into about 2 inch balls. Put in roaster. Do not stack. Pour hot sauce over meat balls. SAUCE: 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 c. water 1 tsp. dry mustard Mix and bring to boil. Pour over meat balls; put lid on roaster. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn meat balls over and continue baking for 1 hour more. Sometimes they are better made the day before and reheated. |
