1/2 c. soft bread crumbs 1/2 c. light sweet cream 1/4 lb. ground veal 1/4 lb. pork (can be fat) 1 lb. ground beef 1 tbsp. onion juice 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 4 twists of pepper milk 1/2 tsp. white sugar 1 tbsp. melted butter 2 tbsp. butter for frying Soak the bread crumbs in the cream. Meanwhile, mix all of the meat together very well. Add the onion juice, salt, nutmeg, pepper and sugar. Finally stir the melted butter into the milk-bread crumb mixture. |
