1 lb. tofu 1 1/4 c. walnuts, finely chopped 1 sm. onion, finely chopped 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. regular oatmeal 1 tbsp. dry parsley 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. oil 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. chicken seasoning Slice tofu and drop slices in boiling water, boil 3 minutes. Drain. Put tofu and all other ingredients in mixing bowl; mix thoroughly with an electric mixer. Shape into small balls. Bake on a greased cookie sheet for 20 minutes or until golden at 350 degrees. Place in casserole dish and cover with spaghetti sauce or your favorite gravy. Heat and serve. |
