1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef 1/2 lb. pork sausage 1 c. soft bread, broken 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Pinch of poultry seasoning Grated or chopped onion to taste 1/2 c. milk 2 eggs Can use half pork and half ground beef if desired. Combine all ingredients well and form into balls. Brown and drain off fat if needed. SAUCE: 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. cultured sour milk 3/4 c. evaporated milk Blend together and pour over browned meatballs. Simmer 30 to 45 minutes. |
