STUFFED SHELLS
 

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
2 c. water
2 envelopes Spatini

Combine ingredients and simmer.

STUFFING:

2 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella
1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 eggs
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
1 box jumbo shells

Shred Mozzarella and combine with other ingredients, except shells. Cook shells according to directions (approximately 24 to 30 shells). Cover bottom of baking dish with sauce. Stuff shells with stuffing, put in dish and cover with remaining sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
