STUFFED SHELLS
 

1 pkg. jumbo pasta shells
1 lg. container sm. curd cottage cheese
1 lg. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Spaghetti sauce
2 pkgs. sliced Mozzarella cheese

Prepare spaghetti sauce to your taste. Cook shells in boiling salted water according to package directions until tender but firm. Drain. Mix cottage cheese and shredded Mozzarella together. Spread 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce over bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Spoon about 2 tablespoons cottage cheese mixture into each shell.

Arrange in baking dish in single layer. Top with sliced Mozzarella, spaghetti sauce, and repeat layers until you have used all shells. Top with spaghetti sauce and remaining cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
